    Magus Nox,

    I am writing as I am looking for a mentor to be able to participate in our City's council. I am a member of the Universalist College and have heard that you are a well respected member of the school. My arcane skills I use in my trade as an artificer, working with the arcane to imbue armor and weapons. I am hoping to join the ranks of Arcane Archers. If you could find the time to meet with me, that would be greatly appreciated.

    Sir,

    You will find me in Goblintown.  Ask any of the districts citizens, they will point you there.  Then we will see about mentorship.
