    Father Xunil,

    I am not sure how to word this or even where to start. I have wronged and betrayed so many in the past. In my self-exile, I have not been able to properly atone, I doubt I doubt I ever will.

    I do not seek to join the church, I could never ask for that after what I did. I have returned to Taliesin to server proper penance.

    All I can say is I am sorry and I know that is not enough. If you need me i can be found in the Goblin Town temple or in service to one of the citizens.

    Compassion and goodness... the two things that must be empasized above all. Who would we be if not hypocrites to turn our back on those that seek forgiveness and comfort in the Light.

    Just as the legend says that Pelor would forgive the vampires who turned from him to pursue evil magic if only they asked, so for you, to seek forgiveness, all you have to do is ask. 

    Everyone has something they have done that they regret. It is learning from these mistakes in our past, being able to understand how it led us astray from the path of Light that empowers us to focus our energies on giving back of ourselves to our community.

    Penance is only that which need be done for those that fail to feel remorse. I sense your contriteness and hope you know that we would welcome you if you so desire.

    Never forget to lend aid and comfort to those that have less than you. That is the most we can do as mortal beings. You always have an ear of mine should you desire advice or counsel.
